Permitting, Protest, and More

Jesse Jenkins and some other folks posted earlier this week about whether we need a radically simpler build out process for clean energy, and whether communities blocking projects had too much power. I had a thread with some of my reflections on what we can learn from trade shocks and the globalization and labor movements on that question.
